Account Executive

Central Station Manager

Requirements:
  • Resolution of customer care issues escalated to management level.
  • Manage alarm permit and licensing process.
  • Maintain and update compliance of dealer insurance and licensing.
  • Assist in creating new recurring revenue strategies.
  • Support Central Station Services meeting and exceeding project goals.
  • Software conversion experience preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • In-house support of all MAS software and upgrades.
  • Support for both internal and external customers.
  • Recruit, hire and train central station personnel to meet required staffing levels.
  • Create, develop, and implement ongoing training programs for all CS staff.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all central station related equipment.
  • On-call as first contact for “Code Red” system failure recovery.

Central Station Shift Supervisor

Duties:
  • Resolve all internal and external clients’ requests on the phone as necessary, including alarm operations, complaints, inquiries and requests for service.
  • Perform the duties of all central station functions, including CS Operator 1 & 2 and Central Station Admin. Support.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all external and internal interactions.
  • Ability to work with others to achieve an objective.  Demonstrate a positive, professional, team oriented outlook.
  • Ensure workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Supervise team members on meeting and exceeding established central station performance metrics.
  • Ensure UL standards are maintained, record necessary documentation of compliance and recommend solutions to potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Ensure shifts are adequately staffed.  Provide or arrange coverage for open shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with RFI and dealer policies and procedures.
  • Set a professional and polite example in all internal and external interactions.  Set the example for all team members to emulate.
  • Recognize and take advantage of opportunities to increase service levels or reduce costs in the central station operation.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Communications Center equipment as necessary.
  • Promptly and courteously respond to and resolve client inquiries regarding emergencies, complaints, system operation and service.
  • Enforce facility security, including monitoring, responding to and reporting unusual activity or breaches of security observed either in person or on the CCTV security system.
  • Provide support to internal/external customers on all aspects of RFI services from basic alarm monitoring services to fire monitoring, access control, CCTV, web and video product.
  • Pre-screen, interview and assist with the hiring of central station personnel.
  • Complete the 90-day and annual reviews of employees in a timely manner.
  • Have received all necessary licensing and certifications.

Fire Alarm Test Technician

Responsibilities:
Service and test all types of fire alarm systems.  Must be knowledgeable of maintenance requirements, testing frequencies, and associated documentation as required by NFPA.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with low voltage conventional/addressable fire alarm systems a must. Minimum 2 years experience.  NICET Level 1 or AS degree preferred.

Installation Service Technician

Responsibilities:
Installation and service of residential and small commercial security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in residential or commercial security installation/service field. Knowledge of Radionics, Silent Knight or Ademco products a plus.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:
RFI is seeking for a qualified project manager for our access security group.  General job responsibilities include:  Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope; identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities; minimize our exposure and risk on project; ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately; and manage project budget.

Specific job functions include:  Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization; identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project; lead proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessments; facilitate team and client meetings effectively; and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Manage project budget.  Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.  Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.  Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.  Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.  Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.  Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential.  Mitigate team conflict and communication problems.  Ability to manage and delegate.  Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond training required by RFI.  Lead internal teams/task forces.  Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.  General IT knowledge base.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.  Qualified Candidates must have a clean criminal record, valid driver’s license, favorable DMV report; pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Establish new corporate accounts. Estimating and negotiating projects through customer service and public relations. Bring new clients to RFI, actively sell and market RFI's services and products to achieve agreed-upon revenue goals. Ensure project progress according to plan by monitoring and tracking procurement through planning, and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Qualifications:
A professional with a proven record in commercial security sales, and a strong technical background. Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. A positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Fire Technician

Responsibilities:
Install, service, and field engineer all types of Pyrotronics fire alarm systems to include SXL, PXL, and MXL. Qualified candidate will be responsible for the complete project to include engineering, installation, coordination, directing crews, programming, and final test check, etc.

Qualifications:
Minimum two years experience installing addressable conventional fire alarm systems.  Ability to direct installation crews.  Verifiable technical abilities.  NICET Level I or AA in Electronics.
