Simply enter the time frame you’re interested in, click “Request Report” and the information you’re looking for appears right on your screen. That’s all there is to it. And getting information such as account activity by event, the reasons service is requested, service job response times — and more — is just as fast and easy.

Auditing and Change Capability

The system also provides you with an easy way to compare service invoices against actual work performed, and provides an audit trail of service activity.

Need to make changes to your account? With SMP, it’s easy. You can edit contact information, update dispatch instructions, change zone details, put systems on test, and much more. All online, any time of the day or night.
