I need daily information on openings and closing for several different facilities across the country. Is there a way for me to easily get this data on a single report every morning?

Answer:

There sure is. RFI's exclusive Service Management Portal (SMP) can pull open/close data from multiple locations across the enterprise and consolidate the information into a single report. SMP is a web-based reporting tool that you can access from any location with an Internet connection. All you need to do is enter the time frame and locations you’re interested in, click “Request Report” and the information appears on your screen. Question:

We have employees working late at night who are concerned about walking out to their cars after hours without an escort. Any suggestions on steps we can take to give these employees peace-of-mind and help keep them safe?

Answer:

Remote video monitoring (RVM) may be just the solution for this situation. As opposed to traditional CCTV, cameras in an RVM application are actively monitored by trained professionals in the RFI Control Center. Employees going out to their cars at night would be able to call the Control Center and ask for a "virtual escort" to ensure they make it safely to their vehicle.
