Professional Services from RFI

Scalable Solution

Just like your business network infrastructure, physical security systems platforms are vulnerable to attack as well. Large or small businesses can no longer rely on standard off-the-shelf programs to monitor and safeguard their networks. No matter what size business, RFI will work with you to create a comprehensive plan to maintain the highest level of stability and performance of your physical security systems platforms.

RFI Professional Services Team

The RFI Professional Services Team brings the integration model to a new level. Bridging the Gap

Aligning IT goals with physical security goals can be a challenge. As IT professionals are asked to focus on strategic initiatives that support core business operations and create an efficient work environment, physical security professionals focus their attention on the processes and systems that support the safety and security of your people, property and assets.

RFI gives you the leverage to bridge the gap between IT and security management professionals – offering you the ultimate solution for ensuring both teams are successful in meeting their day-to-day operational needs.

Partnering with your IT and Physical Security Teams, the RFI Professional Services Team can offer support for your security systems platforms. Examples of Physical Security Managed Services include:

  • Remote PC Backup and Restoral

Managing Your Security Platforms Remotely

With our remote management tools, we are able to securely monitor all aspects of your security systems. The software installed on managed machines encrypts all communications between the machines and our server with 256-bit RC4 using a rolling key. Since there are no plain-text data packets passing over the network, there is nothing available for a hacker to exploit. Also, managed machines require only outbound access to our secure server, so no inbound ports need to be opened on your firewall.
