hours a day, seven days a week. Our Post-Installation Services ensure
we are there for you, regardless of what your service needs may be
with any of our installed systems. Our service personnel have all
been trained to focus on the satisfaction of our customers as their
first priority, and we have provided them with the systems and resources
necessary for their success in meeting this service goal.
We can provide
individual customer attention, as well as radio dispatched Certified
Service Technicians, tailored service agreements, extended
warranty programs, bar coded testing/inspection preventive maintenance
programs, and Technical Help Desk response, with remote diagnostic
and system management. We also provide added-value services, such
as Remote Access Management, and Video Surveillance Services.
