Thirty five years later, RFI Communications & Security Systems has approximately 250 employees and maintains five regional offices located in San Jose, Los Angeles and Sacramento, CA, Reno, NV, and Seattle, WA. The Corporate office and the RFI state-of-the-art 24-hour Monitoring Center are located in the San Jose corporate facility.

Dee Ann Harn, CEO
Dee Ann Harn is the second generation CEO/Owner of RFI Enterprises, Inc. RFI’s corporate office is located in San Jose, California; with offices serving Central and Southern California, Nevada, and Washington. Dee Ann has served in many capacities within RFI from administrative, central station operator and sales. She is a member of the senior leadership team, committed to maintaining RFI’s status as a highly ranked member of the Top 100 Systems Integrators in SDM Magazine’s annual survey since its inception in 1997, and was named SDM’s 2012 Systems Integrator of the Year, Honoree. In addition, RFI has been consistently recognized as one of the top 25 Family Owned Businesses by Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. Currently, Dee Ann is actively involved in CSAA and ESA; and serves as Chair of ESA’s Executive Management Professionals group and Vice President of ESA’s Executive Board.
Brad J. Wilson, CPP®, President & COO
Mr. Brad J. Wilson, CPP®, President & COO, has over 30 years’ experience in the electronic security industry. Joining RFI in 1983, Mr. Wilson has served in numerous capacities from project management, systems engineering, sales and operations. Being based in Silicon Valley, Mr. Wilson has had extensive experience in the strategic planning and implementation of large scale integrated electronic systems, from design standards to alliances with architects, consultants, engineers, and general contractors for many top Fortune 500 companies. He is also the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the organization, and has supported RFI’s presence in the DoD sector and aerospace industry. Brad has contributed immensely to maintaining RFI’s status as one of the highest nationally ranked Top Systems Integrators.
Mr. Wilson had served as President of Security-Net, a global network of independently owned top security system integrators. With approximately 1,200 trained employees, 50 office locations across the United States and Canada, as well as several locations strategically positioned abroad, Security-Net offers commercial, industrial, educational, government, financial and public-sector facilities a single, responsible source for meeting their security needs.
Mr. Wilson had also served as Chapter Chairman for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (SFBA) of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and while under his leadership the Chapter received consecutively the I.B. Hale Memorial Award (Outstanding Chapter of the Year – Group VI). He continues to support numerous committees for the Chapter. He has earned his CPP® certification with the Professional Certification Board of the American Society for Industry Security since 1996.
Additional activities have been presentations on Enabling Security Technologies at ISC West, ASIS, and Corporate Security Summits for the local Silicon Valley firms.
Michelle Brooks, CFO
Michelle Brooks was named the Chief Financial Officer in January 2011. She began her career at RFI in 1996 as a Senior Accountant and also served as the VP of Finance beginning in 2002. Michelle’s extensive 27 years background in financial roles such as a sales auditor, accounting specialist, cash accountant, and fixed asset accountant makes her adept in overseeing the varied financial aspects of the organization. Her robust experience includes cost management, cash flow, reconciliation, audits, lease & taxes, financial reporting and strategic planning.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of South Florida. She keeps herself apprised in the financial world with participation in the Association for Finance Professionals (AFP) and by attending conferences and training.
Brian Lund, CPP®, Sr. Vice President
Brian Lund, CPP®, has over 30 years’ experience in the electronic security and life safety industry. As the Senior Vice President of RFI Communications and Security Systems and a member of RFI’s Advisory Board, Brian has key responsibilities for the overall processes and systems that support the business.
With Brian’s broad security experience in field operations, service management, project management, sales, and business development, he is continually utilizing his strengths in coaching, mentoring and motivating team members within the organization. Some of Brian’s major accomplishments at RFI include a UL central station technology upgrade and full implementation of a completely new ERP system.
Brian, a CPP® (Certified Protection Professional) for over 20 years, is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and a professional IT/computer security group called Agora. Brian is a valued contributor to the security industry.
